Jay's Fine Jewelry offers free shipping on all U.S. orders. Please allow 3-5 business days for the delivery of your order. All orders are tracked and insured, offering our clients an easy and stress-free shopping experience.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Except for sale, promotional, or estate jewelry, Jay’s Fine Jewelry will issue a store credit or exchange, for any jewelry purchased, if returned within 30 days of the sale. The returned merchandise must be in original purchased condition, and in the original gift box with all warranty cards and instruction books intact. No cash or credit card refunds. All Estate Jewelry, promotional, or discounted items are final sales, and are not returnable. For Online purchases, the 30-day clock starts at date of delivery arrival. The proof of delivery will be a signature with the driver.
